Bowbells Public School is so proud of two of our educators for receiving these awards!!
We are honored to share that Taylor Melby and Rachelle Faul have been invited—on behalf of State Superintendent Levi Bachmeier—to attend the 2026 North Dakota Teacher Appreciation Recognition Ceremony!
This honor recognizes educators across the state who go above and beyond for their students, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving. Taylor and Rachelle have a passion for teaching and are so dedicated to our students. These ladies are two of the best and Bowbells is so lucky to have them!!
Join us in congratulating Taylor and Rachelle!!

Minot's Hot Tots baseball team is teaming up with McDonald’s to host a Kids’ Choice Awards: Teacher Edition, and it’s all about celebrating awesome teachers in a way that’s a little over-the-top (and yes… a little messy). Students can nominate their favorite teachers, and we’ll be recognizing them throughout the process leading up to our Teacher Appreciation Night on June 4th.
Here’s the fun part:
The first 50 nominated teachers will get a free ticket to the game and be recognized that night
A group of finalists will get a surprise in-school visit from Tate R. Tot… complete with a classic slime moment, plus jerseys, tickets, and a feature with KMOT
One grand prize winner will get free coffee for a year, a classroom party from McDonald’s, a $250 school supply gift card, and a VIP experience at the game.
